Weight loss question...(advice needed)?

I'm 22 years old (female) and only 5'1. Im looking to lose about 30-35 pounds. Before I started college I was 95 pounds at 5'1 (I didn't watch what I ate then I guess my metabolism just got slower lol) and I would like to get back to that (I'm at 125 right now). I joined a gym but I have no idea how often to exercise, what kind of exercises to do and I don't really know what to eat, how often to eat and how much to eat....I'm looking for advice from anyone who specializes in this or just even anyone who has had a diet/exercise plan that worked for them. Top private or public schools for a 2yr old that specialize in academics?

Hey i have 2.5 year old shes bright i know every parent swears their kids are gifted & talented but i swear mine is shes been talking since 6 months she loves to read & be read to she has a high attention span she focus very well compared to other 2 yr old. See i was teaching her things here and there but i no longer have time to so i would love to enroll her in to a school that would put her little brain to work a school that specializes in academics rather than play time daycare i need to find a school in manhattan whos main focus is academics please help alll your help will be gladly apreciated please Thanks

Is Krav-Maga good for situations were you don't want to permanently hut someone?

I'm thinking about taking Krav-Maga, but in some situations I wouldn't want to gouge someones eyes or break there arm, I'd just want to teach 'em a lesson. Do they teach you how to just temporarily hurt someone?

I love children, I need a list of careers that work w children besides the obvious teaching/childcare and that pays well. Also maybe a list of things a pediatrician can specialize in?

It is not literally. Jesus often spoken symbolically and metaphorically. He is saying basically don't lust. If you lust, you pretty much already have committed adultery, a sin. He is saying lusting is sinning.
