The Britons who look "Southern European", are they the descents of the soldiers of the Roman Empire (Italians)?

The original inhabitants of Britain and Ireland were Basque or a race related to that one. Welsh language is pretty much the same syntax as basque which is uncommon. The garrison Roman Legion in Britain only numbered like 10,000 and during the conquest think only 4 Legions were deployed. What I mean by this is that there were never that many Romans there to make such a large impact on the population. Another curious thing is that Basque have a high incidence of O Negative RH blood type with Britain coming in second (although by a large margin). Also a lot of the Megalithic structures in Spain (which are similar to British and Irish) predate the arrival of the Celts with whom the The Spanish Basques are mixed with. Though good luck trying to get a Brit to admit that, or the Irish that believe the Black Irish are the descendants of a few castaway survivors of the Spanish Armada...
