Well to be honest 14 is a little young to be having these kind of problems. You should be figuring yourself out and living life. If you like these guys then that's great but do you really want a relationship right now? If you've got your mind made up that you want a relationship then you just need to be straightforward with Andy. Tell him exactly what you wrote on here. He'll be hurt no matter what but at least this way he won't be wondering why and that will give him some closure.
