I'm 22 years old (female) and only 5'1. Im looking to lose about 30-35 pounds. Before I started college I was 95 pounds at 5'1 (I didn't watch what I ate then I guess my metabolism just got slower lol) and I would like to get back to that (I'm at 125 right now). I joined a gym but I have no idea how often to exercise, what kind of exercises to do and I don't really know what to eat, how often to eat and how much to eat....I'm looking for advice from anyone who specializes in this or just even anyone who has had a diet/exercise plan that worked for them. Thanks.
