I still want Lily to find the note that Cain wrote before he went off to the church. I believe that Cain died that night and that Colin and his crime family is even more messed up than any of the families in Genoa City. I'm waiting to see what happens when Cain's mother shows up on Friday. It'll be good to see Genie Francis anyhow.

Boyfriend issues....?

my boyfriend Ben and i have been going out for about a year now. i am 17, he is 16. I have been best friends with this guy Colin for about 2 ish years. Neither of them have ever liked eachother from the start. My boyfriend recently said to me that he doesnt want me to see Colin anymore. Don't worry, Colin has definately returned the favor of rudeness towards Ben. Ben has a very very tough living situation and we have been through too much to even start to describe. We love eachother more than we thought we would and i couldnt even imaging being with anybody else. I dont know what to do as far as a decision. Should i stay friends with Colin?

in mma everyone knows how to denfend subs.. at least the better fighters do.. in most cases it looks pretty stale now (both fighters cancelling each other out). it seems now most fighters who find themselfs on the bottom are trying to just get back there feet, if the person on top can defend they can just pound on u all day. also in street fighting falling to youre back and going for a sub is dangerous, you never know they might bight u or eye gouge u wile going for a limb and you'd be unable to use it.. bjj issent bad but its not king like back in ufc 1, everyone knows the secrets in mma now..

HELP WITH BP MONITOR?

alright soo, i was at the doctors today and the nurse said my blood pressure was pretty high. & this is the second appointment that it has been higher than usual. i think it is probably because i totallly spazz out when i am at the doctors, but anyways... i explained that to my doctor and she didnt really seem too interested in what i was saying and said that i have to be sent to a doctor that specializes in blood pressure etc. so i was arguing with her that i know i dont have high blood pressure. so she said welll, maybe you have "white coat syndrome". i had nooo clue what that meant so she went on to explain what it is. so then she suggested that i should be put on a 24 hour blood pressure monitor.. and i am going to go to the hospital in a week to be hooked up to it to determine if i have hypertension or if it is just anxiety... so pleeeease help me!!! should i be scared? does it hurt? and also i am worried about sleeping?! when i am asleep will i wake up every freakin time it goes off?! ahhhh!!! THAAANKS SO MUCH!!
