Jake Locker. He has one of the best O-lines in the NFL. He also has the second best HB in the NFL,(#1 is Steven Jackson) and lastly, he has some pretty decent receivers to throw to. If you think about it, he is the only QB that will not have to sit and wait. Pretty much every QB except Newton will sit of course
