Can I still get a full scholarship?

I may sound stupid asking this, but I assure you that I am in no way a troll. I got a C in grade 6, but all my other grades for my years up to the freshman year of high school are either: B+, A-,A, or A+. All my average grades (since grade 1) have been above 92% (average for all year). I have been involved in tons of schools teams and clubs. I want to go to a university that specializes in hospitality management. So do you think I can still get a full scholarship? Or a partial one?
