HELP WITH BP MONITOR?

alright soo, i was at the doctors today and the nurse said my blood pressure was pretty high. & this is the second appointment that it has been higher than usual. i think it is probably because i totallly spazz out when i am at the doctors, but anyways... i explained that to my doctor and she didnt really seem too interested in what i was saying and said that i have to be sent to a doctor that specializes in blood pressure etc. so i was arguing with her that i know i dont have high blood pressure. so she said welll, maybe you have "white coat syndrome". i had nooo clue what that meant so she went on to explain what it is. so then she suggested that i should be put on a 24 hour blood pressure monitor.. and i am going to go to the hospital in a week to be hooked up to it to determine if i have hypertension or if it is just anxiety... so pleeeease help me!!! should i be scared? does it hurt? and also i am worried about sleeping?! when i am asleep will i wake up every freakin time it goes off?! ahhhh!!! How do I stand up for my wife over something that happened months ago?

Long story short, back when my wife and I were dating there were a few times crap went down between her and her friends or her and my family and I never stood up for her. Why is mexican beer so expensive in the u.s.?

Often as I am walking through the hallways and someone in front of me walks too slowly I will should MOVE in my mind directed at them and sometimes they look backwards and move faster a bit so I think it might work. I've always known something was wrong with me. Sometimes, every now and then, I'll hear someone faintly calling me name, like its the wind. Maybe it is the wind calling my name. I don't know. I have several phobias. Things pointing at me, being singled out, bees, the dark (I see things in the dark. Like shadows darting across the room, shadow faces, etc), rabies (that's a big one. Once I had a dream that my sister was rabid and tried to bite me. I was scared of her for a while and would be afraid to sleep since we shared a room. Also I dreamed that me and my mom were fighting off raccoons that were rabid and they were chewing on my arms and I didn't have the strength to fight them off). I often believe that I am extremely good at fighting and am good at being a spy. I don't necissarily believe i am a secret agent or anything, but I know I'd make a good one. Too much tv is causing that one i suppose :) Theres a bit more but its mostly stuff like that. I am a 15 year old girl in freshman year of high school. What do you think? I was seeing one psychologist for a short while for therapy. She told me that she specialized in medication even though she was not authorized to prescribe. I was on one medication that my actual psychiatrist had put me on. She instructed me to stop taking it, go to a physician she knew and get a prescription for a different specific medication and told me what dose to start at. This made me rather suspicious. Is this legal? She didn't write the prescription, but gave instructions on what to take, what not to take, and how much to take. How did I get a male yeast infection, and why won't it go away?!?!?!?!!!!!!?

Okay, for over a month now, I have had a male yeast infection. It started out as dry skin. I went to puerto rico, and after returning home it got a lot worse (because of the heat and humidity). At this point, it began to itch like ALL HELL. I didn't know any better, and I didnt know it was fungal, so I scratched it vigorously thinking it was just dry skin. For a little while it felt better, but later, my penis basicly turned into a throbing red, peeling, scaling, inflamed, unGodly itchy thing that looked like a dying mushroom. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING AT ALL. I tried all different creams and moisturizeers to get the itch to go away. They made my penis more inflamed and unbearably itchy, and NO antifungals did ANYTHING. My mom must have picked up on it, because she asked what was wrong, so I told her and she asked my dad. He said it was hock itch, so he gave me a powder spray that was supposed to make it go away in a week. It only burned and made things worse, and I continued to stress that it was not jock itch, but I was afraid to say I was almost positive it was yeast. If stimulated in ANY way (ie itching, masterbating), it would have a furiously raging itching reaction that would TORTURE me all day and keep me up ALL NIGHT crying in helplessness. I had to refrain from touching it all day, or else I knew it would keep me up all night. Eventually, it had kept me up for 72 hours STRAIGHT, and was taking over my entire life. I was literally contemplating suicide, and had thoughts that i would be happier if I could have my entire lower body sawed off. I went to the doctor, and she told me it was definetely fungal, and that it looked like yeast. She prescribed me some kind of "over the counter" cream that was supposed to kill the yeast in not much more than a week. After 6 days of treatment, it was totally gone. I decided it would be okay to stimulate it(you know what I mean), so I did. Later that night, I went to see a show with my friends, and in to middle of the show, I noticed a tickling sensation. By the end, it was so itchy it took all of my dignity not to burst into tears and to just run out of the auditorium and just cut my dick off. On the way back to his moms car (in the dark), I gouged it vigorously until it pulsed and bled. I wanted to put it into a paper shredder and watch it be shredded into pieces. I went to friendly's after the show with my friends and a few girls from his town. I was really looking forward to meeting these really girls who were in the show, but I merely ran into the bathroom and clawed my dick open. I couldn't even think and speak rationally. After getting home, my dick looked like some poisonous mushroom that you would find in a rainforest. I was convinced that the yeast and the ungodly itch were sent to my rom the depths of hell. Last night, my balls were a little itchy after playing soccer, so I scratched them absent mindedly. The ungodly itch then cursed me suddenly that night, keeping me up until 4:30 in the morning. My balls are now VERY red, insanely itching and peeling. I don't understand why it isnt going away, or HOW IN GODS NAME I GOT IT. A Top Ramen noodle soup at the grocery store costs on average 16 cents, why does it cost .75 cents to jailed folks here in Harris County Texas? A local call from a payphone costs on average $1.25 but jailed people who are LIMITED TO LOCAL CALLING ONLY have to pay $5 and $10 bucks a call! IMO this is hypocrisy at it's "FINEST".

Need help picking a road bike?

There are a lot of great bikes out there, but not all that many good bike shops. If you have had good service from your Specialized dealer, perhaps you should stick with them. Really, the shop you deal with is more important than the brand of bike. A good shop will listen to what you want to do with your bike and guide you to the bike you need. Touring and racing are very different, if you buy a bike with racing in mind, it won't work for touring, you will need your Sirrus for that. Its fine to buy a bike for the looks, but the fit and the way it handles are much more important. Take me, I have 2 great road bikes. The one that looks better to me is ridden less often than the one whose looks I like less because that one fits me better and feels like it is part of me when I ride it. Make sure you try out the bikes you are thinking about buying, and I don't mean a spin around a parking lot, really try them.

Yes, it can drink in a bowl, but be very careful. Make sure the water and plate is shallow, so your gerbil won't drown. If the water finished, make sure you add more. At close range how do you know when to eye gouge or throat strike and when to elbow knee and head butt ?

If you're talking about street rules, you should know that these weapons are only used when you are very close, at least one foot away from your opponent. The longest range tool is probably the throat strike. This technique could be used as an entry into closer range. Once in close, it's a matter of feeling the other person's body and knowing how it will react. This relies on natural body mechanics. If you knee, chances are the upper body bends forward. That should pave the way for headbutts, elbows and gouges. Sometimes you are in close and you may gouge first to create that initial reaction and follow with headbutts. If you start with elbows first, that might push him back and will naturally lead you into a clinch for the other weapons. It all depends on where you are and what the situation is.

I'm suffering with chronic tension headaches. Constant pressure around my head and eyes. The only thing that seems to work, is Fioricet. Thing is, it contains 325mg in each tab. I've been taking it nearly everyday, for the past month. The most I've ever taken in one day, was 6 tabs. But that only happen twice. I usually try not to take more than two. There were a few days, I just didn't take any. Just because I was scared of the tylenol, and what it could possibly be doing to my liver. I don't want a damaged liver. But I don't wan't to live in misery either. I know fioricet can become addicting, and my neurologist gets this weird look on his face when I ask him to prescribe it, then gives me the lecture on how it has a dependency. I KNOW IT DOES! I'm not that low that I'd try to get off on pain meds, people don't understand. I'm losing my mind with these headaches. My eyes always feel battered, can't look left or right, without having my eyes gouged with pressure. Back of head feels like it's going to explode. I've already had 3 CT scans, MRI and a spinal tap. If you loved Colin Firth as Mr. Darcy then Bridget Jones' Diary is a must watch. Helen Fielding based the whole plot of Bridget Jones on Pride and Prejudice so Firth is essentially playing a modern version Mr. Darcy. The movie is fantastic. Colin Firth hasn't really landed many memorable roles outside of these films with the exception of last year's King's Speech and he doesn't play very similar roles in his films. However, there are some other good films with him in it, as the lead or as a supporting cast. KX60 cylinder engine please help!!!?

My 2000 kx60 I was riding and I was being stupid and was staying in second gear at high rpms. I downshifted and the bike shutoff. It roll started in second gear for like 3 times then never did it again. I took off the cylinder head and the top of the inside of the cylinder head was killed. No doubt I need a new one of those. Then I took off the cylinder and it has one big gouge on the inside wall, but the rest of it was perfect. The piston was killed but I already have a new one to replace it. The connecting rod and bearings are worn out so I need a new one and bearings which is about 60 bucks. The cylinder head is about 50 and the piston was wiseco and came with all the stuff needed and that was 60. So im looking at new connecting rod and bearings, and a cylinder head. I could only find one cylinder for sale and it was 300 bucks! I am willing to pay top of 200 to repair this thing myself not including the piston price. So I am wondering how I could repair the cylinder for about 100. Thanks.

Read "FlyBoys" by James Bradley. Chapter 2 was one of the most eye-opening 19 pages I've ever read about WWII. In Japan's case, you have to factor in the teachings of Shinto, the revulsion the people had for Christian missionaries insulting their religion, years of isolation from the world (on purpose), the heritage of the samurai, the ambitions of the emperors and, as in Germany, a government that used all of this heady stuff to brainwash its young people into thinking they were elite superhuman warriors fighting a horde of subhuman beasts. We all tend to embrace what we're taught until our beliefs are challenged by outside ideas ... and in Japan at that time, there were no outside ideas. Chances are, if you and I had grown up there and then, we would have been hating the barbarian enemy and laying down our lives for the emperor just like everybody else. How can one that is not an economics major tell what is inflated pricing and gouging?

Just by going to the grocery store and seeing how much everything has risen. The "middle men" are getting rich. When the price of a barrel of oil goes up then the price gouging starts BUT when it goes down those prices that were risen never do. When it rises again the other prices are risen again on top of the old rise, that's why everything is high and stays that way. You don't have to be an economics major

Do we have to pay the mechanic if they can't fix the problem?

Our Honda had a major transmission problem and we sent it to this mechanic which, after 3 months of rebuilding and installing and such, still can't fix it. They figured that it was an electrical problem and he really doesn't specialize in that. The problem is, if we decide to tow it out of his shop and into the actual Honda dealership, do we still have to pay him? I wouldnt worry about it if I were you. I've had 6-7 month late periods before, and everything was fine, no pregnancy or anything either. Just be thankful for the break and enjoy it while it lasts! Why does my body react when I watch gory surgery or bloody scenes on TV?

Whenever I watch surgery on TV or a scene in a movie with alot of blood, (especially if it involves slicing, bone breaking or eye-gouging), my body seems to feel jelly-like in the same area that is affected on TV and if its particularly gory, all my joints feel strange, as if my bones are going soft. Ohhh I so love your question!!!! It's simple really. They have no self control, which is what the Bible instructs Christians must develop.
