Is there a hair salon in South East Michigan that specializes in VERY VERY THIN HAIR....?

I am so embarrassed and haven't stepped foot in a salon in a long time. I have very thin hair, that you can see my scalp throughout my head. The couple of times I've gone to a salon is when I needed an updo for a special occasion. Most stylist can't deal with my hair at all and don't know what to do... and I don't blame them. I just feel there is nothing that could help me. There has only been one stylist who was able to make me look like I had a ton of hair.... that's with enough teasing and curling! :) She always did a GREAT job. Well, she no longer works in the state and I need to find another stylist. If anyone knows of a stylist who specializes in thin hair, please send their contact information. If they can do private appointments, I would also be very greatful. Thank you so much for any help you can give me.
