Anatomical or Clinical Pathology?

During my residency (specializing in Pathology) should I train in both, or choose one? I'm only really interested in anatomical, and that's what I would be doing after i finish my schooling. And usually they offer specialties in anatomical, clinical or combined. Would it be better to do combined, or does it really matter?
