Doctor that specializes on lips?

I have had lip pain for years in different times since I'm a musician. I can't stand it anymore and I've tried many different things including Cindy Lewis' stuff. I was wondering if there is a doctor that specializes on lips. I feel as if it is nerve pain. So any help would be great. Thanks.
